Bank of America Corporate Center Parking Garage

The branches are outstanding. But the credit card services are terrible. Customers have to wade through many layers of what it calls "teams" to get assistance. Difficult to reach domestically, impossible ovetseas. Their premier card clients get no better support on the phone. Bank of America credit cards are not any good for global travelers.

Great place. The tallest and most aesthetic building in the whole of Charlotte. If I talk specifically about the bank, the staff are very polite and helpful.

Complained? They retaliated by sabotaging my account: Weekly password resets, deleted contact info, blocked fund access crippling business payments. Service is a joke—rude reps interrupt, mock frustrations (shoutout Houston sarcasm), hang up mid-call after endless transfers & holds. App? Ancient, sluggish, buggy mess with constant lockouts & zero transparency. BOA values profits over loyalty, using outdated tech & deceptive tactics to bleed you dry. Easy to access everything in uptown Charlotte. If you're going to a show with Blumenthal, they'll validate your ticket. Plenty of parking. Clean. Elevators. Sky bridge to walk across the city!

Daily parking is $21, so it’s one of the less expensive options in the area. LAZ Parking customer service is basically non existent, so good luck if you have a problem, however.
