They only give you 10 minutes of grace before they charge you $10 to exit and you must pay by credit card and there is no attendant for assistance. The speaker doesn't work on the cars reader so you can't get help. It's a terrible and inconvenient set up that needs work. Don't recommend using this place if you have any other option.
Easy to get into the Bank of America building or to the Blumenthal in this parking deck. Its definitely a preferred place to park.
There are no signs or directions!! Took us 2 hours to go 13 miles. We had prepaid parking and couldn't find the lot!!
