Banks Septic

I’ve used Banks for the last 12 yrs. They are always respectful, honest and do a good job when pumping our septic tank. They hand dig because our tank is under the grass in our front yard.

Thank you Jackson Brown and your helper that came out Monday March 2nd 2026 to do a pump out that was well over the time that I should have had my tank pump. You guys are hard workers and deserve a raise for all you do everyday from home to home and you guys still are so nice and get the job done. Thank you for making our first time experience pleasant and we will always use Banks Septic for future work. Just know that we are thankful of how smoothly everthing went.

I chose Banks Septic after recommendations on Cherokee Connect. Jason Adams was prompt and professional and I was glad to see a military veteran being employed by a local business. He recommended some improvements to my septic system while he was servicing it and I opted to have a new lid with access port placed on my tank for modest cost. It will save me a lot of digging in the future. Highly recommend using Banks.

We just moved in and had never located our septic tank before - turns out if was buried under 10 truckloads of fill dirt! Nicholas was amazingly patient and kept digging until it was located and the job was done. Truly exceptional customer service! From the woman who took my first call to the company after my neighbor recommended Banks Septic to the service guy doing the work at my house, everyone was great! The service guy took the time to hear my concerns and worked with me to ensure our drainage line - which we discovered ran right over the septic tank, did not get damaged in his efforts to clean out our tank. He was polite and respectful. I very MUCH appreciated his professionalism - pleasantly surprising, actually, given the work he was doing. I'll definitely use this company again.
