Totally embarrassing! Our furnace was blowing cold air and I figured the igniter was bad. Nope, The thermostat needed to be set on EMHEAT, not HEAT. HEAT pulls air from the heat pump. EMHEAT from the furnace. Duh! Service Tech John to the rescue. Explained it all, put the igniter back in for me. What a great tech! A+ Sir! That little lesson cost us and we knew it would however this company has a true asset in their service tech John. Thanks!

Our technician was great. Did a wonderful job cleaning up our furnace, explaining all the pieces to me, and not treating me like I'm dumb for not knowing aspects of it. Gave me suggestions on things we can do without any hard pressure sales tactics. Our furnace is a huge old mechanical one that hadn't been serviced in over 13 years. Highly recommend Banner!

They have worked on our furnace for years and have done a great job. Our last tune up there were some issues. I spoke to the manager, Charlie and he fixed the problem perfectly. Its refreshing to have good customer service now days.
