Bannister did the plumbing for our new custom home. Cannot say enough about their excellent customer service and quality workmanship. They knew how to set up the smart toilet, reverse osmosis water, and a very heavy stone bathtub. We highly recommend for new construction and repairs.

I never leave reviews but Bannister plumbing is just the best!! We just moved to Tyler and have had some issues with our house and toilets so our family quickly became regulars! I’d consider the plumbers to be my first friends here in Tyler! Shout out to Brandon and Jacob-nicest guys ever and they were always careful to price things fairly and even gave our family a discount when we were going through a difficult time with the house! Brandon always came in with a smile on his face and a pep talk to cheer us up! And also thank you to the front desk lady who did not charge us the 2nd service fee even though we delayed our appointment several times! Consider me one of Bannisters regulars now! Thanks again!
