Bantel HVAC is an excellent company. They are prompt and reasonable, and good at explaining what's wrong with your system, what needs fixing, and why. In my case, they came out five times in a week to fix my furnace, which was way behind on maintenance. I was really impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. Excellent service.

Our furnace failed at the worst possible time, the afternoon before a major storm. Bantel HVAC answered my call immediately, and Matthew, the owner, personally came out within a few hours. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair right away. A clear example of why supporting a locally owned small business matters. We will be using Bantel HVAC for future projects, and highly recommend them.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Our Navien unit was not working properly and Matthew came out to diagnose the issue and order the necessary parts. He clearly explained what the problem was and what would be required to fix it. His crew returned within two days and completed the repair. Problem diagnosed quickly giving a couple of different options. Chose to replace furnace all together. Order placed, 3weeks later wrong item was delivered after old furnace taking out. Luckily I was out of town. House well taking care off. Install delayed for 6 days. Finished in one day looks and works great. Great communication about problem. Well taking care of for my trouble.
