Matt and the crew at Banyan Construction did an outstanding job of transforming a tired condominium facing the intercoastal waterway into an architectural treasure. They did it all. From demolition, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, lighting, impact windows & doors; to full bathroom and kitchen renovations. Each task was performed in a timely, professional and efficient manner. They operated a clean, safe, secure and productive worksite. They were innovative in finding solutions to the inevitable unforeseen conditions; and were responsive to our concerns and addressed issues without delay. Craig and Lupe put the roof on my vet clinic back in 2019 (when this dynamic duo worked for a different roofing company). They exceeded expectations by sending two crews and got the job done quickly to ensure business was minimally impacted. This year when my house needed a new roof of course I called Craig and Lupe again. They communicate. They are polite. The color match of the mortar to the tile is perfect. I have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood. Their work and customer service is superb. Furthermore, Craig’s vast knowledge and experience is far superior to the explanation that a neighbor received from the roofing company she had contracted for her roof. Banyan construction group performed a complete remodel of my kitchen. I knew exactly what I wanted going into the project, and Matt and his team of contractors made my kitchen dreams come true! They worked within my budget and guided me to valuable choices that maximized my investment. Each and every subcontractor during the project was professional and a master at their trade. Our project moved very quickly, even though we had to stop progress for 3 to 4 days because of an unrelated plumbing nightmare, which Banyan’s plumber resolved for me as well. We used Banyan Construction to replace a concrete tile roof on a house we just purchased. This was a major project that had the potential to disrupt our lives right as we were moving in. But Jason and his team kept the project on schedule and delivered a fantastic end product. Banyan's professionalism and responsiveness puts them in a class by themselves.
