Barber Utilities is a lifesaver, best call I could have made. Jay came down to look at the job with Patrick and within minutes they were on the phone with the CTDOT and the local Engineering Department to figure everything out for me. Once I gave them the job things happened quick, no wasted time. Everyone from Mr. Stavens, Patrick, Jay, and Richie and his crew were great, I could not be happier with all of them and the work they are doing. If you are looking for a great construction company, just call Barber Utilities, you won't regret it.
