Bardin Roofing is a very professionaloperation. They worked with me every step of the way to get my roof replaced. Alex and Robert were both extremely easy to work with. Their crew was very reliable and efficient. My roof looks fantastic and I’ve gotten many compliments on it. I am extremely happy with my choice to work with them and highly recommend them.

Very disappointed in the consistent lack of communication. We initially spoke with Jonathan as he is one of our neighbors and asked if we wanted a quick drone inspection of our roof. We agreed, no problem! After the inspection we were told our roof had significant damage, a replacement through insurance would be no problem. Once we agreed to move forward is where our problems began. We have had technicians come by to inspect with no forewarning. Our salesman blames the tech, the tech blames sales, no big deal the roof is inspected by their tech. I am then told the inspector from the insurance is coming and it’s imperative a representative from Bardin roofing is there with the adjuster to make sure our replacement is approved. Would NEVER recommend these people. Never sent a certified inspector! So don't believe what their website says. Convinced me they saw so much hail and wind damage with a drone that I let them file a claim on my homeowners insurance. They met the adjuster out here and the adjuster told them right then and there that it was going to be a denial. They did not advocate for me or get on the roof to prove what damage they documented. They wanted me to wait and then go through an appeals process which was ridiculous. You could have proven your case right then and there if it was legitimate. I have since had three other roofers come out none of which have documented any damage that this company claimed. These guys were fantastic after storm hit. They not only handled the insurance company throughout the process which was very lengthy and detailed but put a great roof on inside of a day. I highly recommend Bardin Roofing!
