Bardstown Overhead Doors

The owner came out, after hours, to install a garage door and opener for a contractor. From the start, he was aggravated as if he was working for free. I guess he forgot that he was getting paid for the install. The opener never worked because the chain broke when my husband pressed the button. Must have had something to do with the install. The owner blamed my husband and said the door the contractor bought was cheap. He expected us to pay extra to fix the door that never worked and was installed by him. Thank goodness our contractor took care of it for us. I won't ever use this company again.

He’s just the best!! I called to ask about setting up an appointment to fix the spring on my garage door and in less than an hour, he was there, fixed it and left. I’ll never go anywhere else and he has my recommendation 100%. You don’t usually get customer service from a company like that and he stands out!

Quick, fast, reliable service. Came out and replaced broken spring on cold snowy day. Even took a look at my other door and made some adjustments no charge. Reliable service, fair price.

Called him in September and ordered my door. He came out and measured and said it would be 8 weeks "great" sign me up. I called back in November and he said it would be in December 15th. December the 17th I called back and he went off told me don't call every day or week and I hadn't and he continued to say go somewhere else. I told him I wanted him and he was fine. I haven't heard anything from him since!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY UNRELIABLE, RUDE so I still don't have a door. As of today 5/7/22 I still haven't heard from them😡🤬. This is a VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY

Spoke to on 5/26, said would meassure, no call, no show. Left vmail following week to see if he came by to meassure, asked him to call me. Did not. Final vmail left 6/18. If he remedies I'll upgrade rating based on resolution. But 4 weeks & 3 contacts not looking good. Update: Steve called 6/20, explained he had called & left message for me. Apologetic & even said he may have left message at wrong number. It could have easily been a tech issue on my end. I have updated rating to 4 star. If we get door from him I'll update based on whole process.
