The owner was always available and on-site multiple times, ensuring everything went according to plan. They were incredibly helpful and honest in recommending a finish and a tile that perfectly matched our vision. This company came every week like clockwork, but somehow my pool was always dirty. Leaves, cloudy water, and buildup that just kept getting worse. I gave it more than enough time to improve, but nothing changed. Eventually, I canceled their service and hired a new company. The new team had to shock the pool and clean out the filters, which clearly hadn’t been touched in who knows how long. It was like they were showing up just to check a box. Complete waste of money and they charge a lot more per month than many other companies. I do not recommend.

Had a horrible experience with this company. They came to my house for warranty work only after they required a "credit card on file" before coming out. I never agreed to have my card charged nor was any charge ever discussed. The tech came out, as an authorized repair center for Aquacal to fix a salt cell that had no power. I was not home and he came onto my property and did the "repair" alone without permission. He was there for 13 minutes and in his report stated that my salt cell did not work because it was not programmed to turn on with my pump. That statement is 100% false and the unit was programmed to turn on and off with the pump and had been doing so successfully for over one year. They tried to charge me $195 plus a credit card processing fee for 13 minutes of work. I called in

I had my motor replaced for my pool pump by Cameron who did an outstanding job at this replacement he noticed the filter housing is spraying water very lightly. He said he will set us up for a replacement on that. He said at first to not wait to long that can split from pressure. I said ok set it up. He did an outstanding job. Half week goes by Barefoot sends, Matt here to put my filter housing replacement again did an outstanding setup of this replacement. He gave me helpful tips on operational use of new pump. Both workers went above and beyond, thank you both. I also take care of people that come by and work in putting things together gave some dough to get pizza or a sub something to help out too.
