Barnards Carpet One Floor & Home

We needed a runner for our stairs but were hesitant to do so, as we didn’t want to hide the beauty of the hardwood. However the stairs were very slippery for guests and our dog who slipped a few times. I am so glad that we found Barnard’s! Michael, our sales representative was wonderful! They had an amazing selection in the showroom of all types, colors, styles and materials. Michael was extremely patient and took a lot of time helping us to select one that truly matched both the decor of our home and even brought out the beauty of the stairs. He was also fun to work with! Joe communicated with us often throughout the entire production and installation process keeping us updated every step of the way. If I could give Bernards Carpet One 10 stars I would gladly do so. From the moment I walked in, Lucas took extremely good care of us. They had an amazing selection of carpet and flooring and they provided such personalized service. The pricing was very competitive. We had an incredible crew that installed our carpeting and they were so quick, efficient, neat and very professional. I would highly recommend this group of caring people to install any flooring.

Lovely showroom and very well laid out. Lucas and Joe were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The 2 men who brought our carpet took the time to make sure the area rug was just where we wanted it, measuring everything precisely. I will absolutely return and will recommend Bernard's Carpet One to anyone looking for flooring.

I cannot stress how wonderful my experience with Bernard's was. From the moment I walked in until delivery and installation was complete everything was like clockwork. I worked with Michael, who is an interior designer at the store. He was able to assist me in selecting a fabulous carpet by just seeing pictures of my living room. He is not only talented but very patient. He personally came and measured my room, and was able to help me narrow down from 5 carpet samples. I never felt pressure, rather I felt like I was being helped by a friend (with excellent taste). I will continue to get all my carpets from Barnard's and look forward to working with Michael again.

We have been dealing with Barnard Carpet One for almost 20 years and have always been satisfied with them. They are competitively priced, reliable, and their installation crews are always very neat and professional and do a fantastic job. We have used them in our previous home for hardwood flooring and carpeting, and most recently for hardwood and LVF flooring in our primary and guest bedrooms. They did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! Pat Bevan, the salesperson that worked with us, followed the installation from the initial measuring, selecting the right floors for our application, and supervising the installation.
