Poor work ethic. Takes advice thinks he k ow just about everything in framing construction to building peeyon Tuff sheds. Doesn’t train or let his other worker blames projects on other employees. This employer also wings a lot of things. Does the east stuff then goes home early expecting workers to get the job done in a schedule non timing matter. Give a second chance but doesn’t turn loose to see what the employee can do or to correct them. And if you got experience I say play dumb as if your fresh outta high school cause that the way he treats you. I wouldn’t recommend him to the world of construction. Installs stuff by the bare minimum and has no standard of practice
