We ran out of heating oil last night after they closed on 11/30/23 and I called Barnes today 12/1/23 at around 8:30am and they set up my account very easily and quick!! I Paid for the 100 gallon minimum and they had it delivered to my tank within an hr by like 9:45 am!! I give them 10+ stars for their fast response to our crisis situation!! Very good people, and thanks for your quick delivery and prompt service!!!
My mom was a proud customer for about 20 years before she downsized to an apartment. The guys are always polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile!
Everyone was very pleasant and easy to speak with from the office personnel to the technicians. Justin scheduled the work and did an amazing job! I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend their services.
Nice folks. Quite helpful. Though we did have ask an associate come to give us a whole-house HVAC system on new construction, and we never got an estimate.
Our delivery man was helpful and good. Even calling in for delivery is a good experience... we didn't wait long! for delivery
