Outstanding service! Our expectations were exceeded. It was difficult to install a complex wireless system that I attempted on my own. The manufacturer of the wireless thermostat was not able to tell me if it would be compatible with my heating and cooling system. I eventually gave up after contacting them. Danny Lopez, the owner of MVP heating and air conditioning, took my call and guided me in a troubleshooting method. He spent around 20 minutes on the phone with me and never once asked for money. Danny Lopez was scheduled to come on Saturday, since we would be leaving town the next day. He was 10 minutes early and he completed our installation of the wireless thermostat in no time. He gave us some tips on maintenance and was very professional. We would recommend MVP heating and cooling

Jaicub Tyler performed a great job in replacing our ducts as well as installing an air scrubber for our house. They were professional, efficient, kept me updated, and were highly skilled. They made sure I was aware of all the changes that were being made and assured me I could contact them at any time if there was a need to adjust the airflow, or the vents. Stevie and Daron were also outstanding during the AC tune-up I had this week. Everyone was helpful and professional. They knew how they could work around my animals. 10/10 would work with them once again.

Nate was able to provide me with a fair quote after seeing the quality of work they performed on my friend's home. His quote was fair. He included the removal and replacement of damaged wood and old shingles. They were only here for 1 day. They were gone when I got back home. It was all put back in place so there was no debris on the driveway, flower beds or yard. It's great to know we now have a gorgeous new roof. Excellent company. They are the people to call if your goal is a smooth job.

I called the office and wow, both Sarah and Mike were super helpful in getting my repair sorted out. Dave came to fix my heater and he was a total lifesaver! He found the issue right away and even had the part on hand—like, how lucky is that? He had everything done in a flash, and just like that, my place was toasty warm again! Seriously, best service ever!

We bought a new heating/cooling unit for our house 2022. Bill offered us the best service and the lowest price among all bidders. He was contacted today when our ac unit stopped cooling. He responded to our text immediately. In 45 minutes he was at our front door and an hour later we had a cooling system and back up. All free of charge. We couldn't have been happier.
