This was a full roof replacement on a large hip structure, roughly 9,200 square feet, for our flower shop. Evans coordinated everything, from material selection to scheduling city inspections. They replaced the old tile with a new synthetic version that’s lighter and more uniform. The roofers also rebuilt sections near the ridge to correct uneven framing before installing the new battens.
