Barney & Sons Well Drilling

If I could give 0 stars I would. We trusted this company to install a new well on our new build and we have run out of water twice since moving in this July. We had a small family gathering to celebrate our new home, and we had no water!!! Many phone calls made to owner with no resolution.Most recently we ran out right before Thanksgiving, which we were hosting in our new home. Embarrassing and very aggravated.Spent over 12,000 and now will have to spend more. You can imagine how irritated we are?

When you live off grid you come to appreciate people who show up and do what they're in business to do. When my water pressure dropped, the water came out dirty and the pump to run, drawing my solar battery down, I called Barney & Sons (who'd installed the system 4 years ago). Jason and Terry arrived earlier than expected and my gate was closed. Rather than turning around and leaving, they walked 1/4 mile to the house and well. Wonderful, friendly attitudes. Jason explained the problem, replaced the switch, did the maintenance needed and I'm set for another 4 years. I'd built a cairn of rocks around the well and Terry replaced them (above and beyond the call of duty!) with great care...so sweet!

I highly recommend this company. Wade came out a few days after our inquiry. Gave us an estimate, was extremely fair with the price. Explained how everything would go. Christina then reached after the estimate was put together. I had many questions and she was great in answering them all. She was very response, thorough, and professional. The crew came a day early set up the trucks then came back the following day and did the job. They finished everything in one day. The well looks great and we are extremely happy, couldn’t have had a better experience with this company.

Honestly the most unprofessional people I’ve ever worked with. They broke my hose hook up outside and my walk way. They use other materials from my house to finish there job without asking. The lady on the phone was very rude and gave attitude anytime I asked a question. They ripped everything out of my garden with out asking and just left it like that. No communication and when they came to do the project they didn’t say one work to me and were just miserable the whole time they were there. Someone was suppose to come back out to do a water test never did. I called multiple times leaving a message no call back or anything. I would never recommend these people to anyone

Had these guys drill a well and install a pump system almost a year ago. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work, they know their stuff. The price was fair, everyone was polite & very cool. I’d not hesitate to recommend.
