I had an emergency call for my boiler and Nathan showed up within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He also took the time to explain what happened and why and what to look for in the future.

Gas furnace not lighting. Bruce was at my door within an hour of talking to the office. This was just after the blizzard of 26 with most people still without power. He was professional and a joy to talk to. He explained the problem and we were back on line within a 1/2 hour. After being without power and heat for 4 days I was impressed with the quick professional service. Highly recommend Murphy & Barrett.

I had such an exceptional experience with Barrett Plumbing and Heating! My furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the winter and I needed a 24 hour HVAC company. At 11:30 at night. Max Lunev was at my home in 20 minutes. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I am new to the Pocasset area and literally just called the first place to come up on Google. I'm so glad I did. Max is extremely good at his job and if I ever need to call for HVAC it will definitely be this company. What a great employee you have!
