I have been using Barrett Tree East for at least 20 years, since the days when Trumbull Barrett himself would typically be on the crew. I always thought very highly of them, and have reviewed them before. My most recent experience exceeded my prior uniformly positive ones, and deserves its own write up. On 30 December last year, at 4am, in the windstorm some may remember on that day a healthy mature tree in the rear of my neighbors yard gave way at its base and fell across the property line and across much of my house, smashing several skylights and with limbs punching holes in the roof. Barrett has been taking wonderful care of our 150 year old copper beech tree! They did a great job trimming off her dead branches and have been diligently seeing to her health every fall and spring.
