I highly recommend Barrick-Oltman. The customer service is extraordinary. They are very knowledgeable. Their expertise was evident. They explained everything to me in a way that was understandable. They were very prompt and thorough, and they left the area where they worked cleaner than it was before they started the work. They registered the equipment for us, and they found rebates that were instantly applied. They also provided information for tax refunds. I will be utilizing Barrick-Oltman for annual maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.

Barrick-Oltman is amazing! Amazing service, professionalism, and top-notch results in a fast and effective way! This morning after the extreme freezing temperatures last night, I had no heat at 3 a.m. I left Jeremy a message about my problem at approximately 7:00 a.m., he called me back at 7:08 that they would send someone when they reached their office 7:30. Adam called me back at 7:50 and was at my house by 8. I have heat restored by 8:45. The blessing that they are to my family they don't even know. Long story short, these guys are amazing, honest, hard-working people and you can't just find anywhere!

As I am driving home from work today I switched lanes on Washington Rd in Sunnyland and one of your drivers flipped me off because I got in front of him. Now mind you I had plenty of room to get over. It was probably the owner of this company because he turned right onto Summit. What a great way to get bad reviews and or business. Probably shouldn’t do something like that in the company vehicle!

The blower motor on our unit went out during a hot stretch of days. By the time I got home from work one day, our house was 78 degrees and later climbed to 83! I called that night, left a voicemail and got a response first thing in the morning that they would be out to look at it midday. By 1:30pm they were done and had our house cooling back off. Adam was very friendly, professional and let me know what was going on the whole time. I highly recommend Adam for those who need any work done.
