I decided to find another local company for my landscaping needs after I received a below subpar pea stone delivery two weeks ago. My 2 yards of pea stone was full of mulch, full of dirt and not a clean delivery. I was charged $195 for stone that was dirty; full of dirt and mulch. We contacted the owner on the day of delivery, left a detailed message of our dissatisfaction, never heard back. I then decided to write them an email. Received a phone call and he offered 10% off my next delivery. So a $19.50 discount. As a business owner myself, I confidently feel more should’ve been offered for the lack of quality stone that was delivered. This is not how you do business. You make it right. Offering 10% on a next delivery is not making it right. A refund of some sort should have been extended.

I just got a delivery of 4 yards of super loam last week and it was gorgeous! Finally got my raised beds filled over the weekend and am SO impressed with the quality of this product. It is a MUCH finer screen than advertised- no sticks, no rocks, no trash or glass (like I received last year from another supplier). Honestly, I am looking forward to ordering mulch next week! The customer service was also incredible, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone both for ordering and delivery was absolutely lovely and genuinely appreciative of my business, even though my order was small and likely insignificant compared to their other orders he was so kind and thanked me many times for choosing his business. Got a load of super loam and a load of river rock. Prices reasonable, the quality of the loam was excellent. The driver was great - ensured he dumped it exactly where I wanted it. I would recommend this business to everyone.
