BARTA Intermodal Garage

I really want to give a 2.5. The driving skills of some of these Barta bus drivers are insane for such tight spaces with parked cars. I will give em that. But we must do something about those damned pigeons. Literal disease health hazard? Could be carrying anything? Also sometimes the bus will just literally spawn outta no where. Like it'll be at 4:55 for pick up and I'm standing outside 4:54 or something. It'll spawn at a random bay for a millisecond and then bounce. ✌🏾 Huh? The app is slow. Doesn't matter what wifi you're on, data, doesn't matter. If it's not an exact address you're entering cause you chose "select on map", you'll click "Ok" for the next 5 minutes after it pretends to load. Impressed that the prices can remain low though. Yall must just make so much money. New renovation

I have used public transportation in every major metropolitan city in the USA. Without a doubt, BARTA in Reading, PA is the bottom of the sewage barrel. The worst of the worst. I won't go into great detail because I don't feel like writing a book. But I will summarize by saying the management and most drivers visibly show distain and contempt for their working class customers. F U C K BARTA ALL THE WAY TO HELL!

DO NOT PARK HERE!! Our event was over at 10pm. They closed multiple exits. Another stopped working so we had to back up and use a different one, which also stopped working. Instead of just letting people out they made us sit in the garage for over 30 minutes with faulty equipment waiting to get out. They kept trying to fix the exit machines.

Service is good at times. But they're usually early or late at stops, which makes me miss the bus
