Bartel Kitchen & Bath

We remodeled our master bathroom, guest bathroom, and kitchen. We used Bartel starting from an idea, to design, demo of old, and installation of new. We absolutely love the new look in all three rooms! They were professional, reliable, kind, trustworthy, and talented! The pricing was a little less than other bids but more importantly we felt comfortable with them from day we first met! Bartel Kitchen and Bath is a family business and each person we dealt with carried the same qualities listed above! Charlie and Lonnie were the main two at our house nearly every day. They definitely go above and beyond! We highly recommend Bartel for your remodeling needs!

Bartel's remodeled my home "from stem to stern" and "top to bottom" in the summer of 2017. I moved out for 52 days. Their crew was outstanding and there were no issues. They were professional and polite and I was encouraged to stop by any time. Picking out finishes and fixtures was done at their Buehler showroom. They have a good selection on hand but could have provided more if I had requested. The only sticky point in the house was the tile in the bath did not look like what I had picked out but we solved it. They did not hesitate to consult with me if they had a question. My only concern was that there was not clear communication of the spending during the rebuild. That might have been as much my fault as theirs. I am very pleased with the new flooring these guys installed for me! Chris and Shelly are a pleasure to deal with. With them there is no high pressure sales. They tell you what they have and tell you how much it costs and then it up to you to decide what you want to do. They are very knowledgeable and they offer high quality products. I would say they might be a little bit expensive but this is definitely one place you get what you pay for. Way to go Chris and Shelly....keep it up!!

Great people in a family owned business. So easy and polite to work with and go above and beyond any expectations. Definitely provide that caring customer service aspect that is hard to find in most places anymore!
