Old folks who lived rural without air conditioning for over 36 years in this home, finally decided to try to find comfort after the hot, humid, wet Michigan summer of 2024. Two generations of our family have always relied on Bartholomew for heat/water issues. By summer of 2025, we went ahead and finalized the estimates/product/cost and schedule of a large split unit installation (1,500 Sq Ft house). This company and product (Bryant split unit) made a hot, humid miserable summer 2025 100% bearable AND enjoyable. The surprise was that our electric bill only rose about $12 a month for the electric air conditioner system that stayed at 74 degrees and 50% humidity for over 7 weeks uninterrupted.
