Bartingale Mechanical

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever used. They took two weeks to order a part that they didn't even tell us the cost of. We asked for a quote for a new water heater and they charged us a thousand dollars for putting in an overpriced part instead. I contacted them 6 times to ask for a receipt and I've been ignored every time. The customer service is no help as they always just transfer you to another person that has no clue what's going on. 10/10 would never recommend this company to anyone.

I recently experienced a plumbing emergency at one of my rental properties and reached out to Bartingale on a Friday morning, hoping for a same-day resolution. Understanding the urgency of the situation, they dispatched a technician to the property in under an hour. Kyle, the service technician, resolved the shower issue promptly and restored full functionality to the plumbing. I am highly impressed with Bartingale's quick response and Kyle's professionalism. I appreciate their excellent service and dedication.

Had a plumbing problem... a quick reply and appearance of service. They called ahead and were timely. Just had a furnace shut down the outside vents were close to ground and clogged with drifting snow. Cleared it. Happened again tech timely with a call. Installed higher vent intake and exhaust. Checked and cleaned furnace all A O K. Can’t say enough about friendly understanding service. They didn’t make us feel like we didn’t know anything which we didn’t. Will definitely use them again. Some don’t take calls after 5:00 or work weekends. Not good in case of emergencies. 24 - 7 days a week!

They responded very quickly to our problems. I want and got a plumber for weekends, for 2;00 am with a phone call. What good is a plumber you can’t call because there are no phone numbers for weekends, and night emergencies. I guess you get what you pay for. Bartingale is on my phone.
