We had Ian the Arborist Rep and 2 crewmembers come to our house recently and there's no other word to describe Bartlett's service but absolutely OUTSTANDING! They were professional and displayed a keen knowledge of what needed to be trimmed. We would highly recommend Bartlett to anyone requiring tree pruning, trimming, removal or just professional guidance on how to take care of their trees. They also left all work areas clean and free of debris. Special shout out to Ian Koch for his knowledge and expertise in helping us understand tree growth and pruning characteristics.

Brad came to assess our damaged red maple and had his crew out to care of it the next day. Very impressed that they could be here so quickly. The crew looked as of they could do cabling and bracing in their sleep, they were so professional! They did an excellent job of cleaning up all the branches they'd cut down too. I thoroughly recommend this company to take care of your trees. You won't regret it !

Overall great experience! Met with Mark and he was very knowledgeable. Knew about all the trees in our yard and what they needed. The crew that came out to do the work were efficient and left the yard clean. I would recommend them to anyone who needs trees removed or trimmed.
