Our project manager, Aaron, was wonderful to work with. He walked our property with us and was so knowledgeable and helpful, we were impressed right from the start. The crew were friendly and did their work efficiently, safely, and with surprisingly good cheer to say the weather was in the nineties! The cleanup was fabulous, our interactions with the administrative office were great, and overall we couldn't be happier with Bartlett Tree Experts. Amazing service from the initial meeting with Jared Smith, to the actual work done and payment processing online! Jared was friendly, experienced and provided great suggestions. The team that showed up to raise the canopy of over-grown trees, remove dead branches and CLEAN UP were fantastic - - hard working, on time and again, the clean-up which is one of the most important aspects of this work for me because our golden just loves eating branches. The technician who put down the stress relief treatment and Fortiphite stopped what he was doing to assure me that it was pet safe and provided more information on how the treatment helps, especially with all of the rain/wet weather we had. Outstanding service! They could not have been more professional and would recommend them to anyone. Not only did they take car of my trees, but they took care of my home. They put everything back where it belonged and were very cautious about my fish pond. They worked tirelessly all day and continued to work through the rain storm.
