The experts at Bartlett have been great to work with all around. From the knowledge that the team clearly has, to the proffesional manner in which they do their work and interact with their customers. They cleaned up the trimmings thoroughly, inspite of it being bitter cold and windy. They even took a look at a ice build up for us while they had their bucket truck here. Great team!

Arborist Ben did a great job explaining the health status of various trees on our property and providing treatment options that considered importance and budget. Several hemlocks have persevered with woolly adelgid treatments, and a large ash is doing well with emerald ash borer mitigation. Bartlett's field staff have also done an exceptional job with the follow-up treatment applications.

I called them to diagnose a dying tree’s issue and, unlike the wait period we humans now have with a health issue, they responded the same day and were onsite here with 24 hours. AND exactly ontime. All my questions and concerns were addressed, including the financial arrangements, and we developed a plan.
