Bartman's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I admit that the first time he did work for us it was fine. The second time I called (arounf 4pm on Saturday) it took over 24 hours to call back after I called regarding an emergency in which my 81 year old mother had no water. Claims to be available 24/7, but I'm not the first customer they've ignored. In my opinion, ignoring me is a sign of disrespect. Maybe they had an emergency? Without communication? Who knows. I called another plumber (on Sunday) and had the job done in a few hours. I have a new plumbing team now.

This company is awful! i would give NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I called for a quote for services and after they finally came out while I was working they just fixed the problem in the sewer out front. Then they demanded I pay them for fixing something I didn’t want them to fix. I had multiple other companies coming out for quotes yet these men felt entitled to just do what they wanted. This was in the street out front of my house and not inside my home. Then they claim it was emergency services when it’s an issue I’ve had for years and was never an emergency! A bunch of liars that scam people!!

We have used Bartman for years. They are always willing to run out when there’s an emergency. The guys are always very nice and helpful and quickly make repairs.
