Lesson I learned …..if you want it done right, call Bryan at Barton AC.. I have a 2 year old AC unit that was not working. I contacted a large, well known company who sent out 3 different techs on 3 different days. I spent over $900 and the problem was still not corrected or even properly diagnosed. Frustrated, I got a recommendation to contact Bryan and I am SO grateful that I did. He immediately diagnosed the 3 problems, ordered the parts, installed them and made my unit perfect. When we attempted to use the heat feature (in South Florida) which had not been used in several years, we needed troubleshooting and repair for a LARGE commercial unit serving 7 classroom spaces in our church. We were satisfied with the time and trouble it took to fix our problem, and we have heat again! Brian and his staff are truly amazing and knowledgeable. They will figure out the issue and have corrected promptly. I’ve dealt with Brian in florida, and calling him from another state when an issue arises is nothing but smooth. He always answers and is very trustworthy.
