Great staff, someone always ready at the counter to help and answer questions. Easy process to introduce applications for septic tank installation but is taking up to 4 weeks for the applications to be approved or receive requests for more information.

I had a smooth transaction pulling 2 septic permits. Very easy. There is a 4 week wait but I had no issues with the process. A private soil inspector is HIGHLY recommended.

I was welcomed with courtesy and hospitality;I was informed of the processes needed to get our paperwork in order; this dept staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, polite, and professional.

Very responsible personnel and very helpful, they are there to give everything to help you, thank you guys.

Horrible timeliness and attention. To taxpayer needs even when services are paid...Had to contact Tallahassee Attorney General to make them do their job.
