It’s Christmas, unable to get hold of anyone in receiving department. Can you please advise if receiving is open Thursday and Friday for unloading the product? Your response will be greatly appreciated.
Be aware you will Not get your full deposit ack on your pallets! I paid $70 for 2 pallets with products on them and only got $46 upon return? Crooked policy in me eyes. Bring your one pallets if you want to save your money. The products are good and a good value! The problem is the deposit on pallets
You NEED an appointment to get offloaded, i didn't have one so they gave me one for the next morning. Not their fault, just bad communications between company and customer. They're really nice people here. No overnight parking.
Outstanding. Fast service. Very competent forklift driver. I was happy.
Bad experience. Shipper didn't care to wrap his product, in my case blocks or to load the truck with legal weight.
