I am a Custom Home Builder that built late last summer my concrete pool and your company was excellent to schedule with to do the work and clean up afterwards. What a disaster! I used this product for my terraces. After a few days it started cracking and now i have leakages everywhere. My suggestion would be to stay away from Basecrete. The product was applied by a specialised company, so my feeling is that there are problems with the product itself which is perhaps ok for swimming pools but can create serious problems on larger surfaces - at least that was my case, very regrettably. Needless to say that I have been receiving no real help from Basecrete in Italy. The main headquarters should supervise/control better the various branches and make sure that ensure sone post-sale service and protect clients/users.

The product is the state of the art, the organization exceeds the industry standard. Ive been in pool construction for 14 years. I found this product when i was having a major issue and it saved my company, and has continued to keep me out of trouble since. Further, it is run by highly competent people who thoroughly understand the products they sell.

We built 2 retaining walls out of ICF blocks and basecrete was recommended to us as a stucco alternative. It ended up being comparable in material cost to stucco but so much faster and easy enough that we did it ourselves saving the cost of install associated with stucco.

Basecrete came highly recommended by our Pool Builder “Blue Diamond Pools” in Shanty Bay, Ontario, Canada. In Ontario this year and last year we had days where the temperature started at -20 degrees C and the very next day the temperature was +10 degrees C. I was skeptical at first doing a concrete pool in Canada, but having Basecrete as an added layer of protection has helped ease my mind. We are through 2 winters now and our pool is as good as new. 👍🏼 Chris.
