Got a quote and once I was ready to sign I had a start date only days away. The crew was here nightly working tirelessly throughout the process until completion. All of the work was done quickly with care. Their rates are the best in the business and they have an amazing team that all work with you to complete your project. Great experience hiring Basement Gurus to trench our basement! I’ve heard the saying “good, fast, cheap; pick two because you can’t get all three.” That was not the case here. John came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing an 18’ long by 8’ high retaining wall. We discussed a few different options at different price points. John’s estimate (I had two other companies give me estimates) was the most competitive price for the scope of the work. John was patient and conveyed confidence in his crew that they could deliver a superior job, in a much timelier manner. He was correct! His crew came out 3 weeks later (the other two companies were 3-4 months out). They worked extremely hard while being as minimally disruptive to our home as possible. I am extremely happy with the outcome of this job. I can’t recommend this company anymore. I wish I had a prior photo to show a before and after.
