Very good experience with BRS Pros. I had been given their name from two other people who highly recommended them. They were prompt and Stanley gave us a very detailed quote. I was able to ask questions and get clarification and adjust the solution to meet my budget. The crews arrived each day when they said they would and worked very hard. They were courteous and cleaned up after they were through. I feel very confident that my crawl spaces (I have two) will remain dry and that any organic growth will be eliminated.

I am very happy with my BRS crawl space encapsulation. The BRS team was professional, took pride in their work, asked for my input as required, and readily took time to answer my questions. Overall, a great customer experience. Stanley (project manager) took the time to review my crawl space and discuss/explain the options available to me. He also had timely email responses to the questions I had from the quote I received. Roy (install lead) was thorough in performing the encapsulation, discussed options for my preferred placements, and readily answered questions. He wanted to ensure the job was done correctly and a good customer experience.
