From the first call to the last shovel of dirt, our experience with Basement Rehab was positive. We found out that we needed a repair on our foundation during a house sale, and Sonja came out immediately to give us a quote. Within 2 weeks from first panicked call, the repair was finished! The workers endured yucky weather including cold rain and snow showers. They laughed while they worked, were very attentive to my requests and were respectful of the rest of our property. This included making sure the rain water did not drain back into the foundation while it was open, and covering the dug out wall with a tarp to limit snow and water infiltration into our living space. Best price for wall bracing in the metro. Friendly and professional service. Quick and efficient work. Cleaned and rehooked up the dryer when finished. We will be using them again in the future for the north basement wall Edit 1/16/25. We hired BR a second time in 2025 for an egress window installation in the basement. This result is phenomenal. Once again the price was VERY competitive, the quality of work was outstanding, and the quality of materials are top notch. This crew hand dug the trench in January. That alone shows their work ethic. We are extremely satisfied with BR and we will be hiring them a third time in the future for the west wall grocery list.

Basement Rehab is an elite group of basement experts. They delivered grade A workmanship and superb customer service. I'm extremely happy I went with them and I'm sure you will too! Update: They do great work for basement waterproofing (they did waterproofing for me at my previous home) but I don't recommend Basement Rehab for egress windows especially for newer homes with poured foundations. They're use unconventional methods that are not appropriate for every situation that will lead to ugly final product that may leak. While they did come back to address the obvious concerns that they should have caught themselves at the beginning, they should not be installing egress windows, period. They don't know what they're doing.

This company is absolutely the best from quoting the work to be done through to the finished job. Their rates are very competitive with the bigger companies and they are great people to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, hardworking and friendly. They took the time to answers my questions, explain what was needed, and what was done.
