UPDATE ADDED BELOW Initial install: January 7, 8, and 9, 2026. Exceptional experience with these folks! They transformed our basement into a completely new space. Adam M. was communicative, honest, and professional. Austin and Ramon were fantastic. The whole team wanted to do the job right and were determined to deliver on that goal. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome! UPDATE: I was not able to leave a second review so I am adding here with photos. Date of install was February 26, 2026. Adam and Ramon came back this week to complete window replacement for the basement space that had already been transformed. Adam, Austin and Ramon did an awesome job on our foundation repair! They worked in freezing snow for two days and got the job done. Adam was so helpful telling me about what was going on and educating me on the structural issues of our home, and we appreciated their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. We also appreciated our sales inspector Rob, and how he walked us through all the issues in our home and the solutions.

I would hire Basement Systems of Indiana again solely because of the outstanding crew that completed our project. Evert, Victor, Hector, and Elvin were exceptional from start to finish. Not only were they incredibly kind and respectful, but they also treated our home with real care, laying down tarps, keeping everything clean, and making sure our basement stayed safe throughout the process. Their workmanship speaks for itself. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and the quality of their work reflects that. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine courtesy the way they did. I would gladly hire this crew, and the company again.

I recently had my crawlspace, encapsulated by All Things Basementy and the entire experience was exceptional. From the first inspection to the final walk-through, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. We had Basement systems do an "Outside the Box" project for our home to assist in mold remediation then insulate and cover a ceiling and install dehumidification in a "Root Cellar"/"Wine Cellar" off our basement. They were professional, Personal, and worked efficiently. The crews were great. Foreman Adam Martin kept everything organized and brought in appropriate helpers Austin and Ramon who were great. Especially helpful was Loni whose expertise and attention to detail were superb. They left the work site very clean. We are so pleased and would recommend them without reservation.
