BWN did a great of job concrete underpinning the addition of our home. Russell and Jeff were great to work with on the front end. They offered a couple of repair solutions and were very thoughtful throughout the process. Will and his crew did an excellent job with the underpinning. The support they added to the foundation was massive, we are very confident that this is a permanent fix. They also added three support columns in the crawlspace, which will help stiffen up the floors above. They were very polite, well organized, and were very thorough in completing what was a difficult job for sure. The crew even touched up a couple of cracks that weren’t really part of the job. BWN have been my go to people for over a quarter century and have yet to disappoint. Today Dominic was at my home to replace an under warranty sump pump and did an outstanding job. Within 45 minutes he removed the old system and had a new improved quality pump up and running. I had a few questions for Dom and he took the time to answer them with a detailed explanation of everything I needed to know. Once again BWN and Dom came through for me in 5 star fashion! Basement Waterproofing Nationwide, BWN, did a great job replacing 2 sump pumps and installed a new drain line in my home in 2024. Today, I found out that their follow-up service is just as excellent as their workmanship! Called them today, 2/2026, they came out and resolved a small problem, explained how to correct it and how to keep it from happening again with some minimal maintenance. They also created and installed a stairwell drain, the 2nd sump pump and French drains in our basement in 2005 for the previous homeowner and we haven’t had any issues related to that work. I highly recommend them for anything needed in your basement involving water, they are very nice and professional to work with, have excellent follow-up and, most importantly, really know what they’re doing!

Basement Waterproofing Nationwide did an amazing job at my home. I was given a "heads-up" when they were on the way. Our basement was ready for them thanks to the preparation information BWN provided. We needed drain fields which meant removing the concrete floor next to 2 walls. We were warned to turn off our HVAC unit and they provided an industrial air handling unit to contain and collect the concrete silica dust! Our drain fields were connected to a sump pump with a collection pipe covered with small stones, a mold proof fabric covered our walls providing a channel to the drain should we ever get moisture, and this was sealed with beautifully finished concrete.
