Starting with Sal's first visit, through the work itself, and dealing with a minor hiccup on the township inspection front, the folks at BWS were friendly, helpful and professional. After the shoring up work was complete, a contractor who came to quote for replacing the drywall commented on what a great job had been done with the concrete flooring: "... you could lay tiles on that right now!" Would definitely recommend!

Sal was great – he did a very thorough inspection of our problem and gave us a detailed quote. They stuck to the schedule they gave us and showed up as promised. The on-site team was great and very respectful. They did their best to minimize any mess outside of the basement and then did a good job cleaning up after their project. The on-site crew even helped me test our sump pumps to make sure that, assuming the weep holes would now work as expected, the sump pumps would handle the job. They were great to work with and I would happily recommend them to family, friends or neighbors.
