They did not deliver on the day promised, delivered more than I had asked for and didn't leave me a receipt. I have been calling and sending messages for the last week, almost daily and no response from them. Horrible costumer service. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

Promised to deliver heating oil, didn't show up on the Sunday they agreed to. Pretended they had meant the next Sunday when i called on Monday. Didn't show up or call on that Sunday either, and now won't take my calls. Don't believe anything they say or are selling, these guys are not trustworthy at all.

The few occasions heating oil was delivered, &/or furnace work needed, the brothers (not Eddie, the dispatcher) were efficient & polite. Have tried unsuccessfully since b4 Thanksgiving to have oil tank topped up, it was like talking to brick wall (despite providing a $300 check earlier). Now reporting to BetterBusinessBureaus & Police bec money not refunded.

No call, no show. Don't waste your time even if you think your saving money.

These guys were great the first time. Nonexistent the second time. Called them 3 times to setup an oil delivery, no answer. Texted their “24/7” number and got set up. Appointment day cokes around, no show and no call. Next day, same thing. Called 3 times, no answer. Texted them and was told it would be the next day. Next day comes, same story. No call, no show. Honestly, I’m not the “bad review guy” and it’s incredibly annoying to me that I have to write this, but hopefully this will help someone. I saw a review that said something similar to this, from a few years ago. Seems to be that not much has changed. Really unfortunate.
