Extremely prompt and had what I needed. My boys broke the glass on an antique cabinet. Basin Glass and Mirror had it repaired the very next day!!! Affordable prices are just a bonus.

I was incredibly impressed with the service and quality installation by Basin Glass. I called needing a replacement mirror in my daughter's closet, the previous one had fallen - installed by a different company, and they quoted less than their competitors. They were really busy at the time but told me they could come out in a few days to install it. Everett called me the next day that the mirror was ready and he could install it that day. He was quick, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We had some windows broken from a recent hail storm. They quoted me a price and ordered my windows. A few days later Everett called me with a time for installation. He was on time and very efficient. What a great experience with Basin Glass and Mirror. We needed to replace a mirror and they went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly and that it fit perfectly. We also had them install some glass in our kitchen and they did an amazing job, and I really feel their pricing is very reasonable.

Had my window broken today, called multiple different places some saying they couldn’t even come measure until May 2nd! They answered the phone , had me send a picture and gave me a quote and had someone out to measure today! They even picked up all of the broken glass as I was home alone with my 10 month old and hadn’t had time to do it yet. Amazing customer service.
