Had a water conditioner/softener installed (I purchased the unit directly from the company, so it is not part of the charge). While they were here, they also changed out the cartridge in the shower and installed a new shower head. The plumbers were great! They made sure everything was in good working order, showed us how to utilize the new shutoff valves, and how to maintain the water conditioner. They also showed us how to flush sediment out of our hot water heater. Oh - and they also identified a failing piece on the hot water heater and replaced it. Great service - highly recommend. *The total cost is an estimate as our final bill is not in yet.

I had a clog rectified through this company, an emergency on a weekend that could not wait because all the drains in my home were backing up and a toilet was leaking through the wax ring at the base (the weakest link)The plumber who answered was super nice and professional. He said he would be out in about 6 hours but then he called back 15 minutes later and said he would be here in 20 minutes. There was a miscommunication later on billing but Terri promptly handled the matter. I received excellent service and the clog was due to baby wipes stuck in a toilet. I would advise that if you are upset with something, please point this out to their office staff before you leave a review. They will do everything they can to make it right. Holy cow what a good experience!! Joe and Aaron really saved my butt today! They showed up with professionalism and a plan!! And they saw that plan through and now I'm not spending more money than I need to. Me and my wife just bought a house and we didn't get the pipes checked first and it really came back to bite us. But it would've been alot worse had these two awesome guys never showed up. We made the incorrect decision of calling another company first but we are sure glad that these guys came and knew the right way to do the job. I will be using these guys for the rest of my life!!

I would highly recommend Basin Refrigeration. There people were great to work with, promt, polite and courteous. They scheduled the tear out and installation of a new HVAC system. They arrived on time, tore out the old system, and installed the new system all the same day. The complete job looks very professionally done and works great. Thank you very much guys!

I had called Basin at 8 o’clock on a Friday night with the water main leak. Terry was at my house before 8 o’clock the next morning and diagnose the problem. Monday morning he had scheduled a crew to come to my house and replace the main. We had water up and running by 1230 Monday. Every person I dealt with in the Basin organization was helpful and knowledgeable. They did great work and I would call them again if ever needed.
