A HUGE shout out to Natalie at Basin Septic (and the rest of the Basin team). Natalie worked tirelessly to get my necessary required annual reports to the county, she followed up with me regularly and removed a huge amount of stress from me. She also worked to schedule my necessary annual maintenance without me having to worry. Basin has always been a top notch service provider! Thank you Basin Team!

Called and asked if they do drain field cleaning and counter lady responded quickly with a yes and was polite but when I asked if they came out of town she said where, I responded 15 west of ritzville she said we don’t go there and I asked how far they come out she said idk but we won’t go there. Could not give me details and was almost rude to get me off the phone

They have responded quickly and were very helpful. After I had my tank pumped the next day one of my pipes plugged, they came within an hour and fixed it. Unfortunately, it plugged back up the following day, I called and they responded within the hour, fixed it and I have had no more problems. I highly recommend Basin Septic for any issues you may have with your septic system.

Extremely happy with the service. Jake, Justin, and then John all worked on my septic system. They were knowledgeable and helpful and got the job done. I had to wait a couple of days because they were swamped, but they fit me in ASAP, diagnosed the problems and then set about to resolve them. Great work, guys.

Basin Septic Services is great to work with. We order portable toilets several times a year for different events on our facility. They are very professional, respond to inquires in a timely manner and stand by their quotes. We have never received anything but good service from them.
