Basinger Plumbing & Heating

We have normally had a good experience with Basinger’s, but unfortunately we’re experiencing a very negative time right now. We have 9 Mitsubishi split units with 2 outdoor main units that Basingers installed. One of the outdoor units stopped working, which unfortunately controls most of the heat for the living spaces. We have been without heat since 2/9/26…today is 3/4/26. They are telling us it’s under warranty, but we are going to have to pay for labor….mind you, they’ve been out here 3 times so far, installing new parts but not able to fix it yet. We have NO problem with the technicians, as they’re doing the best they can, and have been very professional. The office staff…that’s a completely different story! They have been extremely rude and are lacking in the communication dept. One o

I was very pleased that Basinger was able to work me in sooner than first told. Your technician, Ryan Ross, did a thorough job. He checked the furnace first, then the wiring to it from the thermostat. All checked OK at that point so next he checked the thermostat which ended up being the problem. He explained what needed to be done and replaced the thermostat at that point. Ryan explained how the new thermostat operated. All seems to working properly now. Ryan was very polite as well as knowledgeable. As with past experiences, I will highly recommend Basinger going forward.

They were able to get us in the same day I called! Our Tech. Was quick, thorough and we were able to pay the bill right to him. Would totally recommend them to family and friends!

Had an emergency water link during the snow storm. Called 3 different places. Basinger were the only ones to reply & fixed the issue quickly. Very professional. Highly recommend this company!

I would recommend Basinger HVAC for any repairs or replacement of heating or A/C unit. Two of the qualities I liked was the communication from the office staff as well as the technicians. Also after receiving four estimates from competitors in the area Basinger’s won the bid and My confidence.
