He was polite, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, answered every question clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with both of my systems. Paul’s expertise and professionalism were so impressive that we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan for both units. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, courtesy, and genuine customer care the way he does. Highly recommend this company—and especially Paul—for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

These guys are great. I had a water heater issue and they were able to come out and work on it within 30 minutes of my call. Joe was awesome, did a great job, fast and clean! Loved it!

I had 3 toilets rebuilt. I didn't want to replace them so Scott Coffman and his apprentice rebuilt them. It took a while to do but I am so glad we didn't have to replace them it would have ruined my 1989 house. I trust Scott to do all my plumbing projects. Thanks Scott

James did great! He gave a thorough examination. It turned out my AC was doing exactly what it was supposed to do, but he still managed to find an issue that was easily rectified with a small part replacement. Because Bass registered the part that needed to be replaced when they installed my air conditioner, I didn't even have to pay for the part. It was still under warranty. James didn't mind a bit that I was hovering and asking all kinds of questions about HVAC systems. I feel like it came out very reasonably priced. I would gladly call them again.
