Our home warranty company dispatched our service to Bass Plumbing. The tech (owner) came out right as scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It was determined we needed a new hot water heater. During the return visit and installation with the same tech (Mr. Bass again) he was right on time, very professional and quick. He had our old heater out and new one installed in an hour, and our heater was on our 3rd floor. I was very pleased with the service we received from Bass Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.

The only reason I'm not giving one star is because they haven't even come out to my house yet. If this wasn't a home warranty situation, I'd be making other arrangements. They either don't answer the phone, can't nail down a schedule or laugh at customers when you're audacious enough to ask if they operate on the weekends. So far it's been terrible service.

Scheduling an appointment was super easy. Technician came to replace the broken part. Later that day I noticed the part wasn't working properly, so I texted them a video. They immediately responded that they would look into it. The next day, they responded and asked about availability in the next couple days. Again, it was easy to schedule and they replaced the faulty part without issues. Both plumbers who came were courteous and efficient. The company was assigned by my home insurance. I hope I get them again in the future!

Absolutely great and timely service for a leak in the crawlspace under my house. Great communication from the technician from setting the appointment until completion. I truly recommend contact Bass Plumbing for any and all of you plumbing needs.

Extremely unresponsive. We were assigned to bass plumbing through First American Home Warranty and the initial visit lasted all of 10 minutes and we were told if it didn’t work to call them back and they would come back out free of charge. Which was very convenient considering we cannot get ahold of anyone at the company nor can FAHW. Do NOT recommend
