Best experience I've had with a plumbing company! I had a family member recommend them and am so happy they did! Extremely thorough and professional! You definitely can tell they're not there to rip you off or take advantage, they explain everything in detail and do lots of testing (which I'm so thankful for). Highly recommend them!

When the company was referred to me at the first time, I was hesitant to call as their review score is lower than 4.5. Now I feel this company is 100% underrated. They are professional, fast, and charging reasonable price. My toilet has an unusual running water issue, and I have had other plumbers come. None of them fixed it, until I met Josh from Bass. Another time, I had a clogged sink upstairs due to the AC piping something, and the plumber fixed it immediately. I am very satisfied with their work, and I would refer them to my friends.

I have used Bass Plumbing multiple times over the past few years. I have a primary home and several rental properties. They have always done excellent work and are honest. They seem to always work me in when I call with an emergency. I have tried several other plumbers around town before being referred to Bass that were not competent. Chris, the technician we usually get is our go to plumber. However, everyone we have worked with has been great!

Over the past 14 years Bass Plumbing has been on my speed dial. Of all businesses in town I've relied on I don't think there's been a single one I've needed more than Bass, and there's definitely not one I could sing louder praises for. Scott and Shannon Carroll and their team are everything you need from a contractor...prompt, courteous, thorough, professional....there simply isn't anyone better.
