This was honestly the best experience you could hope for when dealing with a plumbing issue during the night in the dead of winter. I called after 8PM and immediately got a call back and was able to Facetime to describe the issue. Then they were able to come fix the issue immediately the next morning. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and friendly. Tim, who came to fix the issue was absolutely amazing - the job was done quickly and thoroughly with exceptional customer service - great representation for you company. And the cost was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Bass Reddy Rooter in the future.

They explained everything clearly, showed me what they were doing, and worked methodically until they restored proper flow. Pricing was a little higher than expected, but it goes with the territory on such an important service call with a quick response time that would potentially save thousands of dollars down the road.
