Bassemiers Fireplace Patio-Spa

I started using Bassemiers to clean and inspect my fireplace when i purchased my home in 2020. This was my first home so I had never used anyone else. I thought everything was great for years. I started to experience lots of smoke coming back Into my house so I asked them to come out last year to help me figure out the issue. The man that came to my house was supposed to clean, inspect, and help me solve the smoke issue. He cleaned my fireplace from the inside and said there was no issues. I explained the smoke stains and how it is filling the home with smoke. We started a fire where I could see lots of smoke coming into the home but he claimed there was none. Called for a service appt on my gas fireplace, the pilot light was working, but no flames. I changed the batteries in the unit and the remote, no luck. The service rep, Camille, came out Tuesday morning, on time. She protected all my carpet with moving blankets. Then checked the unit and the remote, installed new batteries in the unit. Opened the remote to replace the batteries and said ‘here’s your problem.’ Yep, I had the batteries in wrong! It was quite embarrassing, but she assured me it happens quite often. We laughed about it as she cleaned the fireplace and glass and she was on her way. Camille & Bassmeiers are great! Excellent customer service and technicians. Thank You!

I used Bassemiers last year to clean and inspect my gas fire place and had a great experience. Easy to schedule, arrived on time on the day of, and provided a professional high quality service. No issues. Decided to use them again this year, and now they've lost a customer. Scheduling was a nightmare. Called multiple times and the one person in charge of scheduling was never physically in the store. Left 1 or 2 voicemails because of this, never got a return call. Finally get a hold of her and I'm scheduled for a day at 3pm. The day off, no one shows at 3. I call to see why. A nice lady tells me the system says I was given a time frame of 3:30 to 4:30. That is not what was communicated, and my invoice even proves that because they put 3pm in the scheduling comment section. I work a lo

We purchased a Hargrove gas log set from Bassemiers and had their crew install it in our traditional fireplace 18 years ago. Recently we had an issue with this log set that required a repair. I called Bassemiers and they sent their service tech, Tom, out to troubleshoot and repair our log set. Tom is an expert with regard to gas log sets. He quickly determined the problem and returned the next day to install the part at fault. Thank you Tom for your quick, accurate and effective repair!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Shout out to Alex, CJ & Jason for their expertise in the installation of our gas logs for our fireplace!!! They were very friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous with the installation and explaining everything. Shout out to Bill Tedford in sales for his direction on getting the right product for our needs.
