Hands down a very great well pump company. The crew that came out was fast, friendly and didn't kick me off of the site for asking to many stupid questions lol. I definitely will be using them again.

Absolutely Love this company!! Clint and the guys that installed the pump were fantastic from start to finish. The company we used two years ago was not and took us for money. Bassett Drilling went above and beyond what needed to be done to make sure we had water running and everything was running smooth and efficiently when they were done. I would highly recommend them 100 percent.

The guys that actually come out and work on your well are good guys. However, the guy on the phone that tells them where to go is not. (Clint Basset I'm guessing) He ignored my calls for 4 days had to call him from a unknown number to get him to answer. Then when I told him I needed my pump replaced he said to get out 1500 from my bank and let him know when I have it. Previous times he had his workers work on my well he would ask "you got my money?" Before they would even come out. I got the money out and told him I had it at about noon. Didn't hear from him the rest of the day. I posted on Facebook that a pump replacement was 1500 and people lost their minds. So I asked him how much for the parts and labor because a well pump is 500 and he said my pump is 1000 dollars get someone else

Clint and his team did a great job installing our well. He was responsive and honest during the process and gave us the answers we needed. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends

Fantastic experience from initial call to completion. Price came in at the low end of the estimate (VERY REASONABLE). No charge for the assessment/quote. And the crew who repaired my well were professional, friendly, explained everything and provided options as applicable. I will use them again and will chat with anyone about my experience. 5 star team
